Shipping policy

Voidborn Prints is a French‑based 3D printing studio. Most items are printed to order and shipped primarily within the European Union. This policy explains how we handle production times, shipping methods, costs, and related questions.
1. Production & Handling Times
Most of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, we 3D‑print, inspect, and pack your items before shipping.
Typical production times:
- Standard orders: 1-2 business days
- Large orders / bundles (e.g. full tables): 5-10 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Order size and complexity
- Current workload
- Public holidays and weekends
If we expect a significant delay (for example, due to printer issues or exceptional order volumes), we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- France (Metropolitan)

European Union countries, including (non‑exhaustive):

If your country is not listed or not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@voidbornprints.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange shipping.
At this time, we do not routinely ship outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Rest of World), but you can contact us for a custom quote.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from France via Colissimo / Chronopost.
Typical transit times (after dispatch):
- France: approx. 2-6 days
- EU (neighbouring countries): approx. 2-6 days
- Other EU countries: approx. 2-6 days
These timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:
- Carrier issues or strikes
- Customs checks (for non‑EU destinations, if applicable)
- Local delivery conditions, holidays, or force majeure events
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight/volume of your order
- Chosen shipping method (if multiple options are available)
You will see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.
We may occasionally offer free or reduced shipping as part of promotions. Any conditions (minimum order value, specific countries, etc.) will be clearly indicated on the store.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT and customs are generally handled according to EU rules, and you should not normally have to pay additional customs duties on delivery.
For any orders shipped outside the EU (if we offer this in the future or on request):
- Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply.
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please check your local regulations before ordering from outside the EU.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law).
If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged:
- Check the tracking supplied in your shipping confirmation email.
- If the tracking does not update for several days or shows a problem, please:
- Contact the carrier first using your tracking number, and
- Contact us at contact@voidbornprints.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged parcels or items:
- Take clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- Any visible damage to the contents
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery with these photos and your order number so we can help you.
We will do our best to assist with carrier claims, but resolutions depend on the carrier’s policies and investigation.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double‑check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the package from a pickup point or post office within the carrier’s time limit
we can:
- Reship the order once we receive it back, with additional shipping costs payable by you, or
- Refund the order minus the original shipping cost, provided the products are still in resalable condition (subject to our Refund Policy).
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@voidbornprints.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to correct the address.
8. Split Shipments
For large orders or mixed items (for example, a big bundle and smaller items), we may ship your order in multiple parcels. If this happens:
- You will receive tracking information for each shipment (where available).
- Parcels may arrive on different days.
9. Order Tracking
Where available, we provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
If tracking is not updating or appears incorrect, please allow 24–48 hours as carriers may take some time to scan and update their systems. If it still looks wrong after that, contact us.
