These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Voidborn Prints online store (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Refund Policies.
Voidborn Prints is a French‑based 3D printing studio specializing in 3D‑printed terrain for tabletop games. We primarily sell to customers located within the European Union as consumers.

2. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of products placed through our Store by a consumer located in the European Union. They are available at any time on our website and are presented to you before you confirm your order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale, without limitation or reservation.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, you must not place an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and French law (Code de la consommation).
3. Products
Voidborn Prints sells 3D‑printed terrain and accessories for tabletop games, made mainly from PLA or PLA+.
- Products are printed to order based on digital designs created by third‑party designers, for which we hold appropriate commercial licenses.
- You purchase physical printed products only; no digital 3D files are included.
- Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate but are non‑contractual. Colors, tones and appearance may vary depending on your screen and the inherent characteristics of 3D printing (layer lines, slight variations, etc.).
- Unless expressly stated, miniatures, models or other accessories shown in photos are not included and are for scale or illustration only.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR (€) and are those in effect at the time you place your order.
- For customers in France and the EU, prices include or exclude VAT as indicated on the Store (e.g. “TTC / TVA incluse” if applicable).
- Shipping costs, and any additional charges (e.g. for specific delivery methods), are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In case of obvious pricing errors (for example, a price that is manifestly incorrect), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Orders
5.1 Order process
To place an order, you must:
- Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
- Go to checkout, provide the requested information (identity, delivery address, billing address, etc.), and choose your shipping method.
- Review your order summary and accept these Terms of Sale.
- Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for any errors in information (e.g. incorrect address) that cause delivery problems or delays.
5.2 Order confirmation
After you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of:
- Suspicion of fraud or abusive use of the Store
- Obvious error (including pricing error)
- Product unavailability
If your order is refused or cancelled after payment, we will refund the amounts paid as soon as reasonably possible.
The sales contract between you and Voidborn Prints is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order and have received payment.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
We accept the payment methods listed on the Store. Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors, and we do not store your full card details.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information is correct.
- You authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge the total amount of your order (including product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes).
In case of non‑payment, fraudulent payment, or payment reversal, we may suspend or cancel the order and/or future deliveries.
7. Production & Delivery
7.1 Made‑to‑order 3D printing
Most of our products are made to order:
- Once your order is confirmed and paid, we begin 3D printing and processing.
- Typical production times are indicated on the Store or in our Shipping Policy. These times are estimates and may vary depending on our workload, product complexity, and time of year.
7.2 Shipping & delivery
We ship primarily to France and other European Union countries. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (once the parcel has been handed to the carrier) are indicated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. These are estimates only and depend on the carrier and destination.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered or when it is handed to the carrier, depending on applicable law and the shipping method chosen, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights (e.g. in case of non‑conformity).
You must check the parcel and its contents upon delivery and, if needed, immediately note any visible damage or anomalies with the carrier and inform us promptly.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from your distance purchase (online order) within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day after:
- You, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product; or
- In the case of multiple items in one order delivered separately, the receipt of the last item.
However, please note:
- Many of our products are made to order and may be considered “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized” under Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, in which case the legal right of withdrawal may not apply.
- We will indicate on the product page or in our Refund Policy when this exception is applied.
Where the right of withdrawal applies:
- You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product (e.g. by email to contact@voidbornprints.com), clearly stating your order number and the product(s) concerned.
- You then have 14 additional days to return the product(s) in their original condition.
- Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, return shipping costs are at your expense.
We will refund you within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product(s) or proof of shipment, using the same payment method you used for the original order (unless otherwise agreed).

9. Returns, Refunds and Non‑Conformity
In addition to any statutory right of withdrawal, we handle returns and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
If a product is materially defective or non‑conforming (for example, broken on arrival or not matching the description in a significant way), contact us as soon as possible at contact@voidbornprints.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect and packaging
We may offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and legal requirements.
Due to the nature of 3D printing:
- Minor layer lines, small surface imperfections, or slight dimensional variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
- Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied unpainted and unassembled, which is not a defect.
10. Intellectual Property
The products you purchase are physical 3D‑printed items. You do not acquire any rights to the underlying 3D files or designs, which remain the property of the original designers and/or Voidborn Prints and are used under license.
You may not reproduce, scan, recast, or commercially exploit the designs or products beyond normal personal use, unless expressly authorized in writing.
Voidborn Prints is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third‑party game publisher (including Games Workshop), unless explicitly stated. Any references to game systems or scales are purely descriptive and for compatibility information only.
11. Liability
We are responsible for properly performing our obligations under these Terms of Sale, subject to the legal guarantees and limitations provided by applicable French and EU law.
However, we cannot be held liable for any delay or failure that is due to:
- Your own fault (e.g. incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel);
- An unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party; or
- A force majeure event as defined by French law (e.g. strike, pandemic, natural disaster).
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of enjoyment, loss of use, loss of data, etc.), except where such limits are prohibited by mandatory law.
This clause does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable French data protection laws.
Your data is used to process your order, manage customer service, and, where applicable, send you information or offers (subject to your consent). You have rights of access, rectification, and, in certain cases, deletion and opposition, which you can exercise as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU.
If you have a complaint, we invite you to contact us first at contact@voidbornprints.com to seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement can be reached, you may:
- Bring the matter before the competent French courts or, if you are an EU consumer, the courts of your place of residence, as provided by EU law; and/or
- Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
14. Changes to these Terms of Sale
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the date you place the order, which is available on our website and confirmed with your order.
