Welcome to Voidborn Prints! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Voidborn Prints. Voidborn Prints operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Voidborn Prints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Voidborn Prints is established in France and primarily targets customers located in the European Union (EU). As a consumer in the EU, you may have specific statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those mandatory rights.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 in France), or that you are accessing the Services with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Voidborn Prints sells 3D‑printed terrain and related products, mainly for tabletop wargames. Our products are 3D‑printed in PLA or PLA+ based on digital designs created by third‑party designers with whom we have obtained the appropriate licenses for commercial use.
We make every effort to present our products accurately in our online store. However:
- Colors and appearance may differ depending on your device, screen, and settings.
- Slight variations in surface finish, texture, or detail are normal for 3D‑printed items.
- Layer lines may be visible; these are an inherent characteristic of the manufacturing process.
We do not warrant that the appearance, quality or performance of any product will meet your individual expectations or be identical to any painted or customized examples shown in photos.
All descriptions of products, including availability, dimensions, and pricing, are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case‑by‑case basis.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, miniatures and other accessories shown in product photos are for scale and display purposes only and are not included.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it, typically by sending an order confirmation email and receiving payment.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Many of our products are made to order (3D‑printed after purchase), so we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once production has started.
If we must refuse, change or cancel an order (for example, due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud), we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number you provided at checkout. If you have already been charged for a canceled order, we will refund you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are subject to return, replacement or refund only as described in our Refund Policy. As an EU consumer, you may also benefit from a statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal for certain purchases made at a distance; please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal use as a consumer and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed in our online store are shown in [EUR] and include or exclude taxes as indicated (e.g. “TTC” / “TVA incluse” for French customers, where applicable). Shipping, handling, customs and import duties may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers from time to time. These may be subject to separate conditions; where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your information (including billing address, email, and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided,
- The payment information is correct and complete, and
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge you for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship primarily to countries within the European Union. Available destinations, shipping options, and estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production times may vary, especially for made‑to‑order items, and may be extended during busy periods or due to events beyond our control.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, and you are responsible for any claims with the carrier, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, strikes, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by you. Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, logos, text, displays, images, graphics, product descriptions, photos, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by Voidborn Prints, its licensors, or Shopify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We 3D‑print models based on digital designs created by third‑party designers. We hold commercial licenses or permissions for the designs we use. These designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are used under license. You acquire ownership of the physical printed product you purchase, but you do not receive any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the underlying 3D designs.
You may use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial use only. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use any content from the Services without our prior written consent.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are the property of Voidborn Prints, Shopify, or their respective owners. You may not use any such marks without prior written permission.
Voidborn Prints is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third‑party game publisher or brand (including Games Workshop), unless explicitly stated. Any references to compatible games or scales are descriptive only.

You may be provided with access to tools or services offered by third parties (such as payment processors, review platforms, or shipping providers) as part of the Services. We do not control and are not responsible for these tools.

Voidborn Prints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Voidborn Prints. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Voidborn Prints, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Voidborn Prints.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or products shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU.

If no agreement can be reached, you may bring the matter before the competent courts of France or, if you are an EU consumer, the courts of your place of residence as provided by EU law.
